1. Shipping Locations
We ship within India (all states and union territories).
International shipping is currently not available. Please check back later or contact us if you’re outside India.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 (within India).
We use trusted courier partners: Professional Courier (depending on location and order size).
3. Delivery Time
Within Gujarat (including Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara): 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Remote areas / North-East / Islands: 7–10 business days
All times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or force majeure events
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email and/or SMS.
Track your package directly on the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will coordinate with the courier for resolution or issue a replacement/refund.
For damaged items: Please do not use/return the product — keep it in original packaging and send photos.
